Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the CutTempo web application and related services provided by Borealbit Technology Limited.
1. Using CutTempo
You may use CutTempo only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for the projects, media and instructions you provide and for maintaining any device or account access used with the service.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the limited rights needed to process and deliver the ALS files and instructions you submit to the Agent. You confirm that you have permission to use and upload that content.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use CutTempo to violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, bypass security controls, disrupt the service or upload unlawful content. We may restrict access needed to protect users, infrastructure or legal compliance.
4. Software and availability
CutTempo and its software remain owned by Borealbit Technology Limited and its licensors. We may change, suspend or discontinue preview features. Symbolic note preview and candidate generation may vary with the structure of a Live Set and available resources.
5. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
6. Ending use and changes
You may stop using CutTempo at any time. We may update these terms when the service changes and will update the date above. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
